Change Your Password

To change your password please log in into the AS Media Solutions publisher dashboard and go to "My Account". In the "Change Password" section enter the old password, followed by the new one and the confirmation. Click the "Update Password" button. A confirmation email will be sent to the account email address with your new password and the time, date and IP address from where the update was made.

Please make sure you are using a strong password that consists of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols found on the keyboard. Make your password at least 8 characters in length. A password containing 14 or more characters is recommended, however the maximum length is 32 characters.

Forgot your password?

If you have lost your AS Media Solutions account password, use the "Forgot your password?" page to recover your password. Please not that according to our Privacy Policy we store your password encrypted so, we will not be able to send you your old password. Instead, you will receive an email with a link that will generate a new random password that you can use to log in into your account. After you are in, you can change the password from the "My Account" section.
